Planned
giving is the process of considering how one can leave a lasting
legacy for future generations by planning special gifts for charitable
causes like St. Pius X High School. Planned giving offers a creative
way to
give to a charity at the time of death or from assets that may produce
an
advantageous income during life. There are many different vehicles
for
planned gifts, including: Wills, Trusts, Charitable Gift Annuities
and Gifts
of Securities. St. Pius X High School welcomes and can accept many
types of planned gifts.
When
a donor chooses to designate St. Pius X High School as a recipient
of a planned gift, we work in conjunction with the Planned Giving
Office at the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph. The Diocese has
an extensive website offering specific information about each type
of planned gift and resources to assist donors in making decisions.
